Malai Cake - A perfect dessert which is super easy, eggless and is definitely going to enrich your Holi celebration. Our All Natural Saffron Extract is surely going to be your favourite flavouring this Holi.
Recipe:
For the milk mixture:
1. 1 cup warm milk
2. A pinch of cardamom powder
3. 1/2 cup condensed milk
Cook on low to medium flame till the mixture thickens
For the Sponge:
1. 1.5 cups Ap flour
2. 1 tsp baking powder
3. 3/4 cup curd
4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
5. 1/2 cup - 2 tbsp powdered sugar
6. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
7. 1/4 tsp saffron extract by @carminecounty
8. 1/4 cup saffron infused milk
Bake at 180 C for 35-40 mins. Apply the malai frosting and enjoy.
