Shipping Policy
At Carmine County, we take special care in ensuring that your products are delivered to you in the best condition and on time. We have tie ups with reputed Shipping Companies like DTDC & The Professional Couriers. Pin codes which are not usually serviceable under the above Shipping Companies are managed by India Post’s Speed Post Service which is quite a name in itself.
- We have free shipping on all retail orders above Rs 300. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping charge of Rs 30-80 will apply depending upon your location.Â
- Orders are usually shipped next day from the date of order. However, if the next day happens to be a non-working day, the orders will be dispatched the next working day.
- Orders are usually shipped ‘By Air’ through any of the above mentioned shipping companies and typically reach the customer within 2-3 Business days (depends on pin code). However, all liquid based products are not allowed to be shipped by Air so those orders are sent via Surface mode in which the order typically takes 4-5 Business days (depends on pin code) to reach the customer.
- A weight/volume based shipping cost is applicable for our International Customers.
- Some of our products like Luxury Gifts are crafted especially for you so the shipping time can vary accordingly. Please check with us for delivery time while placing the order.
- Our courier partners deliver on working days, excluding Public Holidays.
- You will be notified by email/message as and when your product is dispatched from our warehouse.
